LA Police Department Administration Building - Los Angeles, CA

BURST updated the Jupiter video wall processing equipment and racks to enhance functionality at the LA Police Department’s Administrative building in Los Angeles. The new system utilizes multiple Contemporary Research ATSC+SCI 4 HDTV tuners to tune HD off-air channels from local television stations to feed into their MATV systems at the Los Angeles Police Department Administrative building. Contemporary Research 232-ATSC 4 tuners are used to feed modulated channels from Direct TV and Time Warner Cable into the large 7 x 4 video wall.  MORE DETAILS >

Burst designed and built a digital media room and video studio for the Colorado Department of Agriculture. The new facility allows the Department to expand its educational outreach, develop and increase the use of videos in campaigns and create a still image library


City of Aurora - Aurora, CO

Burst provided all systems design, equipment, installation and training for the City of Aurora, Colorado's upgrade of its City Hall broadcast facilities from standard to high definition. The project streamlined operations and improved quality in Control Rooms A and B, the Aurora Room meeting space, the main Council Chambers, and the award-winning Aurora Channel 8 TV studio. Aurora’s City Hall is now a 100 percent digital operation; HD-SDI with embedded audio for completely digital recording.
